CoRE-NRW: Connecting Research on Extremism in North Rhine-Westphalia

CoRE-NRW - "Connecting Research on Extremism in North Rhine-Westphalia" - is a scientific network that deals with the conditions and forms of extremist radicalization and effective countermeasures. The network constructively brings together a wide range of expertise and perspectives. One focus of the network is on researching violent Salafism. However, it also looks at other forms of extremism. For example, right-wing extremism is also analyzed in a comparative structural way.

CoRE-NRW strengthens scientific networking across institutes and specialist disciplines and promotes debates in the field of research. It enables the exchange between science, practice, and civil society.
